Affiliate Terms
Agreement Overview
This agreement is established between MAXKO Hosting and affiliates who participate in the MAXKO Hosting Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you (Affiliate) agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
MAXKO Hosting Responsibilities:
- Referral Link: Affiliates are provided with a unique referral link for tracking eligible referred visitors.
- Tracking: Referral visits are tracked using a referral cookie and session data. The referral cookie is currently valid for up to 90 days, subject to browser settings, privacy tools, and technical limitations.
- Attribution: A commission may be credited when an eligible customer completes a paid order after visiting through a valid affiliate link. Tracking and attribution are not guaranteed where cookies are blocked, deleted, overwritten, or technically unavailable.
- Payments: Approved commissions are paid according to the payout terms outlined in this agreement.

Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Eligibility: Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
- Account Details: Affiliates must provide accurate registration, contact, tax/company information where applicable, and a valid USDT TRC20 wallet before requesting payouts.
- Use of Links: Affiliates must ensure their referral links are used in a lawful and accurate manner.
- Compliance: Affiliates may not misrepresent MAXKO Hosting services or violate promotional guidelines.
- Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must avoid using spam, misleading practices, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or trademark-infringing terms.
- Account Details: Affiliates must provide accurate registration, contact, tax/company information where applicable, and a valid USDT TRC20 wallet before requesting payouts.
- Use of Links: Affiliates must ensure their referral links are used in a lawful and accurate manner.
- Compliance: Affiliates may not misrepresent MAXKO Hosting services or violate promotional guidelines.
- Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must avoid using spam, misleading practices, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or trademark-infringing terms.
Commissions
- Eligible Commissions: Affiliate commissions may be earned on eligible paid orders that are successfully tracked and accepted by MAXKO Hosting.
- Tiered Rates: Commission rates are based on the affiliate's active referred VPS customer count at the time of the new order:
0-10 active VPS customers: 15%;
11-20 active VPS customers: 20%;
21-40 active VPS customers: 25%;
41+ active VPS customers: 30%.
- Active VPS Customers: Active VPS customer counts are calculated from referred VPS customers that remain active or pending setup in the affiliate system. Suspended, cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, refunded, or otherwise invalid services may be excluded.
- Renewal Commissions: Eligible renewal payments may receive commission using the original commission rate assigned to that referred service/order. Renewal commissions are subject to the same validation, fraud, refund, and abuse checks as new-order commissions.
- Review and Approval: Commissions may be reviewed, adjusted, withheld, reversed, or rejected in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, self-referrals, policy violations, tracking errors, or ineligible orders.
- Payout Threshold: Payout requests are available when the approved affiliate balance reaches at least 100 EUR.
- Payment Method: Affiliate payouts are currently made only via USDT TRC20. Affiliates are responsible for providing a valid USDT TRC20 wallet address. MAXKO Hosting is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect wallet address supplied by the affiliate.

Ownership and Licenses
- Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use MAXKO Hosting logos and links solely for promoting the program.
- Affiliates may not alter, misuse, or redistribute MAXKO Hosting's intellectual property.

Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
- Commissions not finalized, approved, or eligible at the time of termination may be withheld or rejected.
- Breaches of this agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination.

General Terms
- Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates must avoid spam, defamatory practices, or any activity that may harm MAXKO Hosting's reputation.
- Verification: MAXKO Hosting may request additional information before approving an account, commission, or payout request.
- Limitation of Liability: MAXKO Hosting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
- Modifications: MAXKO Hosting reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time by updating the terms on its website.
- Prohibited Conduct: Affiliates must avoid spam, defamatory practices, or any activity that may harm MAXKO Hosting's reputation.
- Verification: MAXKO Hosting may request additional information before approving an account, commission, or payout request.
- Limitation of Liability: MAXKO Hosting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
